We're looking for a

Junior IT Recruiter / HR Executive

with hands-on experience in IT hiring. If you enjoy sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:



Source & shortlist candidates for IT roles Conduct initial HR screening calls Coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring teams Manage recruitment trackers & follow-ups Support offer rollout & onboarding activities

Requirements:



6 months - 2 years experience in IT recruitment / HR Familiarity with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing Good communication & coordination skills
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
