Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
(sourcing to onboarding)
Understand client requirements and job specifications
Source profiles through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates through the entire hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience in
IT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
