We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT technologies, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions.Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectationsSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networkingScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panelsEvaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fitMaintain and update candidate pipeline and ATSNegotiate offers and support onboarding processBuild and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
