Requirement:

Job Title : IT Recruiter (Freshers to 1 year experienced)

Location : Bangalore, India

Employment Type : Full Time

Experience : 0 to 1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients

Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Any stream)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided)

Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good to Have:

Internship or certification in HR/Recruitment

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
