Key Responsibilities
Own
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and technical roles (engineering, product, data, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate experience
Maintain and update ATS and recruitment reports
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience
in IT / Technical recruitment
Strong understanding of tech roles (Frontend, Backend, Data, QA, Cloud, etc.)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience hiring for SaaS or product-based companies
Familiarity with ATS tools
Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring
Interest in technology and continuous learning
