Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
1. Understanding job requirements
2. Job posting & sourcing
3. Screening & shortlisting
4. Scheduling interviews 5. Salary negotiation & offer coordination
Source candidates through:
1. Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Social networking & referrals
3. Boolean search & resume databases
? Screen candidates based on:
1. Technical skills
2. Experience & project exposure
3. Communication & cultural fit
? Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback
? Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker
? Ensure smooth candidate onboarding & joining follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree
? 3-4years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
? Good understanding of:
1. Software development roles
? Experience using:
1. Naukri / LinkedIn / Indeed / ATS tools ? Strong communication & interpersonal skills
referred Skills (Good to Have)
? Experience in contract & permanent hiring
? Knowledge of bulk hiring / startup hiring
? Familiarity with salary benchmarks & market hiring trends
? Client or stakeholder coordination exposure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
