Job Description

:

We are looking for an

IT Recruiter

with

1-2 years of experience

in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end IT recruitment

for junior to mid-level positions Source candidates through

job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals

, and databases Understand

technical requirements

and job descriptions from hiring managers Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for

interview scheduling

Maintain and update candidate records in

ATS / Excel trackers

Ensure a positive

candidate experience

throughout the hiring process Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer closures Meet

monthly hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in

IT recruitment

Good understanding of

IT technologies

(Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with

Boolean search

and LinkedIn sourcing Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements Proficient in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

Any

Graduate / MBA in HR

Experience working with

startups or IT services companies

Knowledge of

ATS tools
