We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter with around one year of hands-on experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing niche tech talent, coordinating end-to-end recruitment cycles, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across junior to mid-level positions.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, assess technical understanding, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection with hiring managers.
Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and track hiring progress in ATS/Excel.
Build long-lasting relationships with candidates to strengthen the talent pool.
Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social media engagement.
Ensure timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Management/Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
