About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

IT Recruiter

with 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, recruitment best practices, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions (developers, QA engineers, DevOps, cloud, support, etc.) Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, job posting, sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to attract active and passive talent Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate technical fit, experience, communication, and cultural alignment Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and track progress through the recruitment funnel Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles Stay updated on the latest hiring trends and market insights in the IT industry Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate) Strong knowledge of IT skill sets, technologies, and job market trends Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub sourcing, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Familiarity with technical screening/testing tools Experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill IT roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
