who can own the complete hiring lifecycle and deliver quality closures in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Criteria (Strict):

Must have

3+ years

in

end-to-end IT recruitment

including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination & closures.
Must have experience hiring for

core technical roles

(Software, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Infra).
Must understand

technical concepts

and evaluate tech skill fit.
Must have

excellent communication skills

Must have worked in a

product company

About the Role:

You will manage

end-to-end IT hiring

, build strong pipelines, perform technical screenings, partner with hiring managers, drive closures, and bring new sourcing ideas.
Hands-on with

LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre & ATS

required.
Looking for a

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
