Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring teams and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring technology roles.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and applicant database (ATS).
Handle salary negotiation, offer management, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay updated on latest trends in
technology hiring
, tools, and sourcing strategies.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and data protection regulations.
