Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Assist in evaluating candidates based on technical and soft skills.
Learn and develop expertise in various technology domains and hiring practices.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or project experience in IT recruitment preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT terminology and technical roles.
Enthusiasm to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
