Key Responsibilities:
Understand technical job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently fill IT positions.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Keep abreast of trends and innovations in IT recruiting and the tech industry.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or technical recruiter.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Indeed).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
