Sourcing, screening, headhunting, evaluation, and selection process.
Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon consulting skills to recommend the best course of action to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
Sourcing the resumes through various sources like company databases, references, portals, and Linkedin.
Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements wrt sourcing and hiring activities.
Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology.
Should have knowledge of IT recruitment profiles.
