Screen resumes and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit, focusing on .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, and related skills.
Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls to assess candidate skills and experience.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication throughout the process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment dashboards or ATS regularly.
Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and build long-term relationships for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on current hiring trends, emerging .NET technologies, and competitive market intelligence.
