The Role
Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunities?
As an IT Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for roles.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for IT roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to stakeholders and management.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter.
In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
Strong understanding of the E-commerce industry, including roles, skills, and market trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
