Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Conduct interviews (telephonic/video) and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future requirements.
Provide regular updates on hiring status and recruitment progress.
Required Skills & Experience
6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.).
Experience in hiring for skills like Java, Python, Cloud, Full Stack, Data Engineering, etc.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience working with consulting firms or IT services clients.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Exposure to C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.
