Job Title: IT Recruiter

Sourcing strategies.
- Identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn),
employee referrals, and social networks.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' technical fit, communication skills, and
alignment with organizational values.
- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and
other hiring events as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing
environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with tight
deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience hiring for both product and service-based IT companies.
- Exposure to volume hiring, campus recruitment, or diversity hiring is an advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting
