:Identify and attract potential candidates for IT roles using job boards, professional networks, social media, and niche platforms.Candidate Screening & Assessment
:Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls, interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate applicants' technical skills and qualifications.Recruitment Strategy Development
: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Process Management
: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
