Role Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic recruiters to join our HR team as IT Recruiters. In this role, you'll assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring entry-level IT talent, while supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
Sourcing & Job Posting
Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting on job portals, social media, and university portals
Resume Screening & Initial Interviews
Review applications, screen freshers over calls or video, and assess basic technical aptitude and communication skills
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Admin & Process Support
Communication & Candidate Experience
BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech graduate.
Strong interest in starting a career in recruitment or HR.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written .

Basic familiarity or willingness to learn ATS and recruitment platforms
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT roles.
