Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
? 1 year of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition
? Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
? Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
