Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet company hiring needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools for sourcing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
