SentientGeeks is looking for IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants should be from West Bengal Diploma/Certification related to HR is mandatory. Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn. Applicants should have good communication skill.Responsibilities
Writing and posting technical job descriptions Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn. Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager. Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews. Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. * Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.
