Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Source and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and online platforms.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and update interview feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Interest in technical recruitment with basic understanding of IT roles.
Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing tools.
Prior recruitment or HR internship experience is a plus.
Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields are preferred.
