Key Responsibilities:
Learn to source candidate profiles from various job portals and databases.
Assist in screening resumes to identify potential fits for open positions.
Support recruiters in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Help maintain the candidate database and ensure data accuracy.
Shadow senior recruiters to understand the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements
Fresher with a strong interest in building a career in HR or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
