Role Overview: As an HR Intern - Recruitment, you'll assist in sourcing and screening candidates via
the Naukri portal, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role offers
hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates primarily through Naukri portal,
along with other job portals and social media channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure smooth
communication with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment records.
Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and
ensuring timely follow-ups.
Engage with passive candidates, understand their career aspirations, and inform them about
open roles.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies
and streamline processes.
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn portal and other online recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
