Internship Overview
We are looking for a driven
IT Recruiter Intern
to join our team and support technical hiring efforts. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles across technologies and domains.
Key Responsibilities
Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) for IT roles such as Java, Python, Full Stack, QA, Data Analyst, etc.
Screen candidates based on job descriptions and technical skill requirements
Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess communication and fit
Schedule interviews with technical panels or clients and follow up for feedback
Maintain and update candidate trackers, reports, and daily MIS
Coordinate with internal technical teams or clients for hiring updates
Understand IT skillsets, current trends, and basic technical terms
Who Can Apply
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields
0-3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with interest in IT hiring welcome)
Excellent communication skills (English required)
Strong learning attitude and ability to understand basic technical roles
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing preferred
Organized, target-oriented, and proactive
