InCruiter

is a next-generation technical screening and talent assessment platform.

We are a SaaS-based organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core.

We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions. InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and

makes hiring 1.5X faster.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

? Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

? Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.

? Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.

? Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.

? Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.

? Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.

? Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies.

What will you need to succeed?

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.

Note:

Based on your internship performance you will be converted as a full-time employee with us after 3 months.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
