Role: IT Recruiter Intern
Salary: Upto Rs.10,000 per month in hand stipend

Job Summary:
This is an exciting internship for individuals looking to start a career in human resources and recruitment. As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will learn the fundamentals of US IT staffing by supporting our experienced recruitment team. You will gain practical skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and the overall recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn to source candidate profiles from various job portals and databases.
Assist in screening resumes to identify potential fits for open positions.
Support recruiters in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Help maintain the candidate database and ensure data accuracy.
Shadow senior recruiters to understand the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements
Fresher with a strong interest in building a career in HR or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
