We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., referrals, networking events)

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field would be an added advantage Fresher to 1 year of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm for working with people and helping candidates succeed in their careers Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
