Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with around 6 months of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have basic knowledge of IT roles, sourcing techniques, and candidate coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates on interview status and feedback Assist in offer rollout and onboarding process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Required Skills:

Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.) Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring)

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
