Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle IT recruitment from requirement gathering to offer closure
Understand technical requirements and client needs
Source and screen candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Conduct HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience in IT services or consulting environment is a plus
