Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for IT positions (Junior to Senior levels).
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates using
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.
Handle
offer management, negotiation, documentation, and onboarding support
.
Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in
IT/Technical recruitment
.
Hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as
Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, UI, Data, etc.
Strong knowledge of
Boolean search and sourcing techniques
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
