Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Sector?15, Gurugram
Salary: ?15,000?-??25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday?-?Saturday
Hours: 9:30?AM?-?6:30?PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles (software, support, infrastructure).
- Manage end?to?end recruitment cycle: job postings, resume shortlisting, interviews, offer rollout.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent; nurture relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track metrics (time?to?fill, source effectiveness).

Required Skills:
- Only for female candidate
- 1?2?years experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and basic MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast?paced environment.

Qualification:
- Any graduate (preferably with a degree in HR or IT).

Pay: ?15,398.56 - ?24,733.48 per month
