Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Work on IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, Architects, and Support Engineers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases & referrals.
Evaluate candidates' technical skills through telephonic or video screening.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, ERP, etc.)
Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong candidate evaluation and screening skills.
Good at negotiation and relationship management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA HR preferred).
2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
