Ziraya Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled
IT Recruiter
to join our team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in hiring IT professionals, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Work on diverse
IT profiles
such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Network Administrators, QA Testers, and other technical roles.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within set timelines.
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipelines.
Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and strengthen the company's talent network.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
B.Tech / BCA
or equivalent technical field (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience as an
IT Recruiter
(preferably in an agency or consulting setup).
Good understanding of
technical skills, job roles, and market trends
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
