About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

IT Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape and a proven track record in end-to-end IT recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technical talent to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle - from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other innovative methods. Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining engagement. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment

(consultancy). Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Network Engineers, IT Security etc. Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in recruiting for both permanent and contract positions. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Familiarity with technical assessment tools and remote hiring processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
