Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
Manage offer rollouts and pre-onboarding processes.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred:
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Experience recruiting for both product-based and service-based IT companies is a plus.
