Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven

IT Recruiter

with 4-6 years of expertise in end-to-end technical hiring. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating IT professionals to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in HRM, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-versed in modern recruitment tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. Source candidates using platforms like

LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor

, and leverage

ATS systems

for tracking and pipeline management. Conduct initial assessments of candidates for

technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit

. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. Drive a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely updates, feedback, and engagement throughout the process. Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for performance tracking. Stay updated on

latest hiring trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

in IT recruitment.

Qualifications

4-6 years

of proven experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in corporate or agency environments. A

Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)

or equivalent field. Strong knowledge of IT job roles, technical skill sets, and market trends. Hands-on experience with

ATS, sourcing tools, and job portals

. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to assess candidates' technical capabilities and alignment with organizational culture.
