Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview IT professionals across various skill sets (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
Negotiate compensation, benefits, and job offers with candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to client requisitions.
Collaborate with delivery and sales teams for successful placements.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a
IT recruiter
.
Experience working with direct clients and VMS/MSP accounts.
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work visas, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
