Key Responsibilities Understand job descriptions and technical requirements shared by hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical and communication skills. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with HR and hiring teams for smooth onboarding. Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (training will be provided). Good analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good work ethic.
