About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

IT Recruiter (Fresher)

to join our HR team. This role is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are eager to start their career in technical recruitment. You will be trained to handle end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.

MBA (HR / Marketing / Management)

BBA

B.Tech

(with strong communication and people skills)

Key Responsibilities

Understand IT job requirements and role specifications Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities Confident, professional, and presentable personality Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Willingness to learn IT recruitment tools and processes Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
