Key Responsibilities
Understand IT job requirements and role specifications
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
