Position: IT Recruiter - Freshers

Location: Amritsar, Punjab (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Fixed Night Shift from 8 pm to 5 am IST (No rotational shifts)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as IT Recruiters. This role involves identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various IT positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, a keen interest in technology, and a desire to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal portals. Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a database of potential candidates and follow up as needed. Work closely with the HR and technical teams to understand job requirements. Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends in the IT industry. Support onboarding processes and documentation of new hires.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication (English) and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of IT terminology and job roles (training will be provided) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and internet research Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain

Education Qualifications:

BBA / MBA in HR, B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Science, or related disciplines Internship or project experience in HR/recruitment (if any)
