Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience Required:

Understanding of

IT technologies and job roles

(e.g., Developer, QA, BA, PM, Designer, etc.) Basic knowledge of

frontend & backend tech stacks

like PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, etc. Ability to screen candidates through resumes and initial conversations to judge relevance Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

-- both verbal and written Willingness to learn about technical job descriptions and adapt quickly to changing hiring needs Familiarity with platforms like

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed

, etc., is a plus Positive attitude, attention to detail, and an ability to manage follow-ups Proactive and eager to grow in
