We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist with exceptional interpersonal abilities to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment plans tailored to IT roles
Coordinate and build relationships with college TPOs to arrange campus recruitment drives
Organize and conduct college campus recruitment events, including job fairs and interviews
Administer job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer management for IT positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top candidates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with strong knowledge of the IT job market and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Experience in coordinating and conducting college campus recruitment and working closely with TPOs
Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates with the right roles effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
