Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate data and follow up throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates. 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong understanding of technical skills and job roles. Experience using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
