Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for domestic and US-based positions.
Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and availability.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
Negotiate salary, rate terms (W2/C2C/1099), and employment conditions.
Manage and track candidate pipelines using an ATS or CRM system.
Maintain a database of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices across different geographies.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
,
IT
, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of IT recruitment experience.
Experience in both
domestic hiring
and
US staffing
is preferred.
Strong understanding of technologies and roles such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, AWS, etc.
Soft Skills:

Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
