Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT roles -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
.
Work on both
domestic and US IT hiring requirements
(permanent and contract roles).
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate
interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5-8 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
, with exposure to both
domestic and US markets

Strong understanding of
technical skills and IT job roles
(e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
