Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment reports and ATS records.
Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
1+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT job roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
