We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Sultanpur, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing techniques, and proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions - from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Utilize job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skill set, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels to ensure timely feedback and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and pipeline using ATS or internal tracking tools.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Stay updated with market trends and IT skill demands.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT recruitment across multiple domains (software development, infrastructure, support, etc.)
- Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting using various job portals and social platforms.
- Good knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with recruitment tools, ATS, and Excel reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
- Must be comfortable working from Sultanpur, Delhi office
